Removed the Curvy Arrow during normal gameplay and 1 minute races. (Students were using this if they missed a problem to start levels over again, it was affecting learning stats.)
Fixed session ends to appear more often when they are supposed to: end of 1 minute races, between 1 minute race promotions, after any phase (after congratulations), and after start-overs. This should help students end their sessions at more regular intervals.

Fixed timed session completions.
Fixed transition between fluency promotions, they are now treated as separate parts, so sessions will complete between promotions if the timer has run out.
